TERMS: We require 1/3 of the total amount with signed contract to reserve your date. The balance is due two weeks prior to ceremony. Travel fees are not charged for locations within fifty miles of Abingdon, Virginia. Locations outside of the fifty mile radius will be subject to extra charges for mileage, meals and accommodations. Exact charges dependent upon locale. Please contact us for pricing.

THE ESSENTIALS

Ceremony:   $650.00                                                                                                                                                                                               

This includes coverage of your ceremony starting with the Grandparents walk down the aisle and concluding with the recessional. The use of two professional grade, high-definition, camcorders allow us to encompass every emotion.  And our digital audio recorders, with lavalier microphones that are attached to the groom's lapel, capture each vow.

Reception:  $450.00 (First 2 Hours)   /   Each Additional Hour:  $150.00                        

Normally filmed events include first entrance, cake cutting, first dances, garter and bouquet toss, but you may have other moments you wish to have filmed.  We will take the time to sit down with you, prior to the event, and discover just what elements of the celebration you want captured.

THE ENHANCEMENTS

Highlight Video:  $400.00                                                                                                                                                                                        

Your entire wedding day abridged in a three to five minute music video, set to the song of your choice (please view our Gallery page for examples).  This item includes the preparation footage we shoot of the Bride and Groom prior to commencement of the ceremony.

Rehearsal:  $200.00

Rehearsal Dinner:  $200.00

Bride and Groom Preparation:  $250.00 - At same location as ceremony, please inquire with us if prep is at another location.

THE MEDIA FORMATS

Digitally encoded to play on your iPad, iPhone or any Android device. We will need to know the specific brand and model of your device to ensure compatibility. We can provide this to you on a flash drive, a hard drive that you supply, or we can purchase one for you. Should we obtain the drive for you, the pricing will depend upon retail price at time of purchase.

Digital Media Separately:  $50.00     /     Digital Media in Addition to Any DVD Package:  $25.00
